Excellent customer service along with an very good program.. Author was very willing to help me to backup my contacts from my phone to a SQL Contact DB and in turn make his program better for all!

The program is thorough, worked well and the author was supportive.. I found the program to be very thorough and worked very well. The author was also very supportive. The program has some very useful options to create the output I needed. One example was to customize the column/field headings to match my SQL database field names which made it easy to populate the DB. Plus it remembers the customizations, even after a reboot, without having to specifically 'save' changes. It has some documentation that is worth the read to learn how to use the 'advanced' feature.Gordon Raboud
